The studio offers its students a modern training facility while still retaining the core traditional system of wing chun kung fu. The kwoon or school is run in a professional manner, allowing our students to focus on their training. There are 40 on-site car spaces as well as off street parking. The training floor of 300 square meters is fully equipped with traditional and modern training aids. Your kung fu training will cover the entire wing chun system including: Sticking hand drills to sharpen reflexes (Chi Sao) Wooden dummy sets (Muk Yan Jong) The shadow boxing sets (Sil lum tao, Chum kil and Bil gee) Internal kung fu, the ability to build and utalise your chi (life breath) The system is complete and deals with all ranges of conflict from pre-contact stage through to kicking range and right down to the ground. Weapons training, traditional and modern, is also part of the system. Traditional Weapons Dragon pole or long staff (Luk dim buk kwan) Butterfly swords or chop knives( Bart Charm Dao) Modern Weapons Combat knife. Double and single baton. All of our training is conducted in a professional and friendly manner to allow your time with us to be as productive and enjoyable as possible.
