MARTIAL ARTS TRAINING AND COACHING
DEVELOPMENT COURSE (FULL TIME COURSE)
CERTIFICATE II, III, IV AND DIPLOMA
Accredited students training falls into 3 main categories –
1. Martial arts training
2. Coaching & development
3. Business development
Each individual will be training in the art of Wing Chun Kung Fu as well as Cert 2, 3, 4 and even Diploma level sports coaching. Their training will differ from regular student as they will be monitored more closely and set regular training programs and goals to achieve within a certain time frame. Their individual needs monitored and a continual feedback loop will be established. …. A minimum of 20 hours per week must be documented outside of the Sports Coaching Certificate courses, and checked regularly for assessment….. A student starting from scratch will be expected to achieve level 4 within 9-12 months as well as level 2 in sports coaching within the next 12-18 months level 7 black belt as well as level 3 in sports coaching.
Following this, level10 gold belt and level 4 certificate qualification in sports coaching or diploma level depending on the individual can be achieved. Recognition of prior learning will enable some students to accelerate through the courses and levels, this again will be assessed on and individual basis. Students will be required as a part of this training to assist in coaching fellow students and the mentoring lower levels to develop their communication and interaction skills.
Category 3 business development and management training. Because of our unique knowledge and experience in the Martial Arts industry, we are able to provide information and practical tuition that will prepare the student for operating a successful Martial Arts school. Participants will be present at all staff meetings. These meetings will include business support and development skills, retention and recruitment methods, promotional creativity etc. and students will be involved in the day to day running of the school. It is essential to understand that we are looking for highly motivated, career minded individuals who see this as an opportunity to realise their dreams. All potential candidates will have to be screened to ensure the integrity of the courses.
Our professional Martial Arts courses are all Government accredited, Centrelink, Austudy & Abstudy approved. Enabling you to train full time.
Wing Chun Australia have partnered with the International College of Kenshusei (RTO id No 6930) to ensure quality training and assessment standards are maintained. All nationally recognised qualifications are issued by the International College of Kenshusei upon successful completion of all units of competence.

Specialisation: Martial Arts
Certificate III in Sport (Coaching) for martial arts has been designed to cater for individuals wanting to establish a career as an instructor and a professional in the martial arts industry. Competence in the principles of Certificate II in Sport Coaching is required before commencing this course.
SRS40203 Certificate IV in Sport (Coaching)
Specialisation: Martial Arts
Certificate IV in Sport (Coaching) for the Martial Arts has been designed to bring forward the knowledge and skills necessary for martial arts instructors to establish themselves as an independent professional sports coach. Competence in the principles of Certificate III in Sport Coaching for the Martial arts is necessary before commencing this course.
SRS50203 Diploma in Sport (Coaching)
Specialisation: Martial Arts
Diploma in Sport (Coaching) for the Martial Arts has been designed to cater for senior instructors and individuals wanting to manage their own martial arts organisation in a professional and ethical manner. Competence in the principles of Certificate IV in Sport Coaching (Martial Arts) is required before commencing this course.
